• All our members are offered a fitness testing service, included in their membership
• These tests incorporate: height/weight ratio; heart rate - resting/active recovery; blood pressure
• No contracts – you can cancel at any time. If you cancel and return you don’t pay joining fee again
• 20% off treatments, 15% off food & drink, 10% accommodation discount

* Off-peak membership is Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 5pm.
